Engagement & documents
Everything agreed in writing, before any review begins.
Public-sector procurement and records management require a clear paper trail. These are the documents that frame a HelpingLayer engagement.

Engagement letter
Records the services to be performed, deliverables, timeline, fees and the limitations of the work, including that it is not a statutory audit.
Confidentiality terms
Confidentiality obligations appropriate to the engagement, including any separate agreement your organization requires.
Data-handling schedule
Sets out the data fields requested, transfer method, storage arrangements, authorized personnel, retention period and deletion or return procedure.
Management report
The concise deliverable at the end of the review: scope, exceptions identified, resolution status and outstanding matters.
Verification statement
Where corrective-action verification is in scope, a record of what was re-tested and the evidence considered.
